Not a beachfront but live peacefully

Not a beachfront project,but the surrounding atmosphere is quiet and shady. There is a 24-hour security guard, swimming pool, and parking available without charge. The neighbors are both foreigners and Thais, and most of the owners here rent them out to tourists. Therefore many strangers are staying here. The 2-floors townhouse comes with 3 bedrooms. It’s spacious and clean inside. The project is near Phuket Fantasea and Kamala Beach. Just a few minutes away. If you are looking for a house that can escape the hustle and bustle to live peacefully, I really recommend this place.

This new project is beautiful, located near Kamala beach, mountains, and trees around the project. The atmosphere is cozy, close to nature. The house type is a townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The project's facilities range from a swimming pool, a fitness center, parking spaces, and a security guard. The entire project has only 12 units, emphasizing privacy. Inexpensive and very worth buying!

One of the best residences in Phuket with a quiet atmosphere. The house consists of 3 bedrooms with a spacious living area decorated with modern furniture and equipped with all the necessary equipment. There is a swimming pool and parking space available. Most of the neighbors are foreigners who have lived for years, and the staff is very friendly.
The new villa is ready to move in.

This villa offers peace, privacy, is designed in modern style, and is surrounded by Kamala nature. I am impressed with the project because it is in a potential and safe community. The villa interior has a large and usable area. Also, you can enjoy swimming in the private pool. In addition, traveling is comfortable as it is close to many amenities such as Kamala Beach, Boat Avenue, Cherngtalay, and Patong Hospital. As many amenities surround the project, it is worthwhile to buy for speculation or buy to live independently.

This project is recently completed, so it is still new and fabulous. Moreover, it also provides high privacy because there are only 12 units in the project. In terms of the price, it’s very worthwhile for what I’ve got. The house comes with a complete furniture package. Each piece of furniture is fine. The house is spacious. Moreover, it is close to shops, restaurants, including Big C, and the market, very convenient!
