I have been working in the ESIE for nearly 5 years. In the first 3 years, I rented a condo for the first 3 years until I needed to buy a house. I discovered this project in the ESIE. It appealed to me because it is convenient and I can drive to work in only 10 minutes. The ESIE is surrounded by a variety of amenities, including markets, department stores, hospitals, and schools. I purchased a two-bedroom townhouse that is tastefully decorated and well-divided; there is no need to add any additional zones. There are also beautiful and clean common areas, such as a swimming pool, garden park, clubhouse, and playground, as well as a security system.
