- To get to the project, you can start at Attorney General Office 2 Intersection. Firstly, head east on Na Jomtien 6 Road and go straight for 31 meters. Then, turn right at the 1st cross street onto Sukhumvit Road. After that, go straight for 1.4 kilometers and make a U-turn at Soi Na Chom Thian 3/Than Nam Jai. Then keep going for approximately 850 meters and turn left onto Na Chom Thian 8. Within 1.1 kilometers, you will find the project.

I have rented the Water Edge Condo for over a year now. Throughout my stay here, I've never found any problems. The staff is helpful and attentive. My room is a one-bedroom unit. It's well-proportioned with complete and durable furniture. The design of it is so classy and modern. Plus, I can enjoy the fantastic sea view from the room, which is great. The location is great as it's super convenient to get around, and it's close to many tourist attractions such as Jomtien Beach, Mimosa Pattaya, Pattaya Floating Market, and Nong Nooch Garden. This condo is one of the perfect condos in the Na Chom Thian area.
