I have stayed here multiple times and these units are sold construction, you don't often see that kind of high quality construction in Pattaya. Spacious and materials are sustainable. This is absolutely worth an investment for long term or end users. Its hard to beat this kind price and product combination
Condo near Jomtien Beach

It is a beautiful condo, a large swimming pool, and an on-site restaurant near the pool, serving Thai and Western cuisine. View Talay 5 is a good location condo, not far from Jomtien Beach, just 6 minutes away, and it is not crowded. It is very convenient to travel because the condo is located not far from the main road. Here, both the owner and the receptionist are helpful. But the room I rented is quite old because the project itself has a rather old and outdated building, it's understandable. However, it's worth the price with the condo close to the beach.

The room here has both a sea view and a pool view. The room I stay in is a sea view room. There are 2 large bedrooms. The condo here is also available for rent in a hotel-management with good zoning. Therefore, it is not too crowded. As for the parking lot, it is spacious. There are a lot of rooms in this condo. The neighborhoods are also residential areas. Therefore, there are many restaurants and convenience stores along the route. Walk to the beach takes only 5-10 minutes.

A large high-rise condominium with a very beautiful view. Well decorated interior made from wooden materials. The entire area is warm, spacious, and pleasant to live. There is a kitchen corner that I can cook food. On a large balcony, I can go out and chill in my free time. The project also offers a large outdoor pool, fitness center, relaxation area, and the staff provide good service and be friendly to residents. There is a restaurant by the pool; the food is so delicious that I come almost every day. It is not far from Dongtan Beach and Jomtien Beach; you can walk in 2-3 minutes, very convenient!

The room was very spacious, and the view was amazing. I was fortunate to stay on the high floor to see the Pattaya city and sea views from my room. I rented a studio room because I live alone. The studio rooms here are not small because the room size is about 40-49 square meters. I think the area is perfect for living alone. In addition to the area, the furniture and design are beautiful and up to standard. Besides, the project also has common areas, such as a swimming pool, a gym, a garden, a pool bar, and shops in the project. The transportation is very convenient for residents because it is very close to Dongtan Beach and Jomtien Beach, just a few minutes by foot. Overall, I am quite satisfied with this place. Sometimes, the area can be noisy and busy because this project has a lot of residential units. It can disturb your living.
