To get to the project by car, you can start from Sue San Intersection, heading south on Pattaya 3 Road. Go straight for about 1.1 kilometers and keep left on Pattaya 3 Road for about 550 meters. Turn left onto Phasaeng Road for 550 meters, turn right into Soi Kasetsin for about 210 meters, and turn right again to enter Soi Ratchawarun for about 240 meters. Turn left for about 290 meters and turn right into Soi Kasetsin 2 at the junction for about 140 meters. The Club House will be on the left-hand side.

Clean condos can raise animals

It is a nice located condominium project, close to many tourist attractions. It is a convenient condo offering car parking areas, a communal pool, a communal gym, and an on-site restaurant. The common area is so clean, and the garden is also well-managed. It is considered one of the points that I can take a rest. Besides, pets are allowed, and it is suitable for pet-lovers. Generally, most of the residents here have their pets fed, and we always exchange some knowledge about our pets. It's been a good place to build a good relationship between the neighbors, making the residents happy and exchange ideas. Also, it is close to many shops and restaurants. I've been here for almost 2 years, and I'll live here as long as I can. Staying here is happy, and I can stay with my loved cats.
