After that, turn left to Soi Thappraya 15, continue for 600 meters, and turn left for about 74 meters. Then, turn right and continue for about 190 meters. Turn left again and continue for about 53 meters. Finally, turn right, drive for about 21 meters, and you will find the project on the left.

My family and I moved to do a real estate business in Pattaya. I reserved a 3-bedroom villa here. The first point that made me choose this place was the villa's design, which is very chic and unique. I was impressed with the design and furnishings in modern style. My wife likes it very much because of its good location near Pattaya City and attractions. It is also full of shopping malls and restaurants such as Jomtien Beach Night Market, Central Festival Pattaya Beach, and Jomtien Beach Central. Traveling is very convenient and flexible, able to connect everywhere quickly. From the information received from the salesperson and looking at the sample villas, everything is perfect. There are security guards for 24 hours, CCTV cameras around the project. Now, we are waiting for the villa to be completed; it will be completed around the end of this year. In the meantime, I'm always able to watch the progress.
