-Traveling by car: You can start from Tesco Lotus South Pattaya. Once you leave the mall, drive west along Thepprasit Road with a distance of 2.9 kilometers, turn right onto Thap Phraya Road, and go straight for 800 meters, then turn left onto Phra Tamnak Road, continue straight for 74 meters, and turn left again onto Soi Pratumnak 6. I come to Pattaya every year in the summer and have spent a lot of money renting the condos. Then, I decided to buy a room in this condo. From my research, this condo was built over 30 years ago, but it's not a problem at all cos the condo is well maintained in every aspect. I bought a one-bedroom unit on the 8th floor with a usable area of 80 sq.m. The room is quite large, decorated in a classic style. It's attractive, and I love it. The common areas are good. The pool is spacious and clean. There is a table tennis table in the game room, one in which I frequently play. By the way, I haven't had any issues since moving into this condo. It is in a good location with less than 15 minutes to travel to convenience stores, restaurants, pubs, bars, or shopping malls. Overall, I'm impressed.
