To get to the project, you can start from the south of Pattaya Beach, with a total distance of 550 meters, or it takes about 2 minutes by car. Firstly, head north on Jomtien Road, towards Chaiyapruek Road, and go straight for about 5 meters. Then, turn right after you find Beach Gallery House - Boutique Hotel (on the right) and keep going for another 550 meters. After that, turn right again and keep going for about 7 meters; You will find Jomtien Beach Paradise on the right.

Cheap condo, the location near the beach

It is an affordable price where we stayed for many days. The room rate is so worth it. Its location is surrounded by beaches and restaurants. The room is clean, overlooking Pattaya Bay view wonderfully. The balcony is also large and suitable for gaining fresh air. The receptionists serve excellent services, and the common site is clean, including a large swimming pool. In general, it is worth the price paid.

Excellent location. There is a direct walkway to Jomtien beach with a quiet and livable atmosphere. In the past, it used to be a luxurious building before, but it's getting old now. My room has a 1-bedroom, but the furniture is outdated. There is a huge swimming pool and table tennis as well. Professional staff, it's excellent!
The condo is pretty dated but still well-maintained. It's suitable for vacation.

I need to relocate to Pattaya. All I wanted is a 1-bedroom unit with a wonderful view as I am staying on my own. Luckily, I found this condo. Although it is a bit dated, it's well-maintained. Plus, the view is beautiful as my room is on the 6th floor overlooking the pool. There are complete facilities like a large swimming pool and gym with basic equipment suitable for the residents. Travelling is super convenient since it's next to the main road near minibus stops. Most importantly, it's not far from leading department stores such as Central Festival Pattaya Beach and convenience stores and restaurants, making a living much more convenient.
