Ready-to-move-in condo in great location

Inexpensive condo considering its price per square meter. The room I stayed in is a spacious one-bedroom unit with full furniture, so it’s ready-to-move-in. There aren’t many units in the project, so the privacy is high and not busy. The pool is not very big, but enough for residents. Also, the condo is not far from Cozy Beach, but not within walking distance. It is only a 5-minute driving.

I have been buying a room in this condo for a long time and stayed for a while on vacation. The room I bought is a 2-bedroom unit. The size of 103 square meters is quite spacious. In terms of the construction, it is of a good standard. There is also a common area to use, including swimming pools, the gym, and car parking spaces. The location is excellent because it is close to Jomtien Beach, Pattaya Beach, Bali Hai Pier, and Walking Street. I will say that this place sells for a price. Someone offered a very good price to buy. Therefore, this project can be bought for speculation.
I think it is suitable for residents who love privacy!!

The building is quite old and in an alley that is too quiet. If going to other places, it's quite difficult because no buses are passing through this neighborhood. Here is an interesting condo for you if you like to escape from the hustle and bustle and noisy sounds. Even if the location is a bit dangerous, there is a 7-Eleven near the condo and just a 5-minute walk there. The first we moved in, the room was fully furnished and ready to move in. I think it is suitable for residents who love privacy!!

It is a beautiful condo with a good swimming pool and many leisure corners near the pool. The project location is good and close to Cozy Beach within 2 minutes and non-crowded. Anyway, it is easily accessible everywhere as the location is close to the main road. The project owner and the staff here are helpful. The room I rented was 1 bedroom, a bit old. The building was old and out-of-date, but it is worth investing in as it is close to the beach.

A simple condominium that is not luxurious but simple. It offers high privacy in a tranquil atmosphere, suitable for people who do not like the hustle and bustle of Pattaya beach. There is a small number of units. The building is quite old, but the room was spacious with a balcony. There are lifts and private parking for the residents. Located in the Pratumnak area. There is a convenience store nearby, about 5 minutes away from Cozy Beach.
