Good location in the middle of the community, near the city, convenient to travel. Easy to find food

I like this place because It's very convenient to travel, next to the market, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a bank, near the expressway, easy to enter the city. At present, change the new juristic set, manage, improve the security system and the surrounding landscape, more beautiful, cleaner, more security guards as usual. In the future, there will be a high-speed train and a monorail at Pattaya Station, which is very close to the condo. Waiting for service

My second home in Pattaya. This studio room I rented was very cheap. The furniture is complete, such as a clean swimming pool, and excellent security. Unfortunately, most of the gym equipment didn't work well and left broken. By the way, the project is in an ideal location, close to markets throughout day and night, such as Rattanakorn Wanasin Market And Rai Wanasin Fresh Market. It's a nice place for you to buy things at very low prices.

The first time I saw this project, it caught my attention a lot because of the building's modern design and distinctive color scheme. So I decided to buy a 1-bedroom unit with a spacious living area. The furniture is beautiful and of good quality. The common area is extremely impressive because the swimming pool is quite large, and there is a lovely garden surrounding the pool. It was never a problem to stay here at all. Furthermore, the staff and the neighbors are friendly. This condo is something that I would like to recommend.

This project is the opposite of the Rai Wanasin market, 7-11 convenience store, and Big C department store, which is very convenient for shopping. Besides, you can find motorcycle taxis from the condo entrance, which is suitable for those who don’t own a car like me. Speaking of the room, I stay in a studio room. The size is not spacious, but not too cramped to make you feel uncomfortable. The pool in the middle between the three buildings is large, creating a very good atmosphere for relaxation.
