- To get to the project by car, you can start from Big C Extra Chiang Mai 2 by heading south onto Chiang Mai-Lampang Frontage Highway Road with a distance of about 350 meters. After that, turn left onto Chiang Mai-Lampang Frontage Highway Road and continue straight for 1.6 kilometers. Then, keep right on Route 1006 to continue straight for 68 meters, and turn right at the Nong Prateep Intersection to continue on Route 1006. Finally, driving straight for 42 meters, turn right to continue straight for another 68 meters, and you will find the project on the right.

My room is a second-hand condo at a reasonable price. It may deteriorate over time if viewed from the outside because the condo was completed for many years. However, the room that I bought is still considered modern and decorated with good quality furniture and some electrical appliances. The common area has all the amenities that come with a swimming pool and a fitness center. Although it's not modern, it's still in good working condition. Oh, importantly, the condo's location is close to various amenities such as shops, restaurants, shopping centers, Big C, Rimping Supermarket, Dara Academy, and Nong Pa Krang Health Promoting Hospital, which is regarded as complete and highly comfortable.
