Luxury condo with nice decoration
It is a low-rise condo with the highest quality. The facilities are complete. I chose here because it is in the city center but non-crowded. There are many delicious restaurants in the neighborhood. Plus, the price here is not high at all. The condo decoration is beautiful. The furniture is extremely good quality. The staff is very helpful. I had reported the damage, and it got fixed quickly. There is a relaxing garden and a small swimming pool behind the building to let the residents relax comfortably. Considered inexpensive compared to the quality. Overall I am impressed !!
I like Hiltania
I wasn't disappointed in buying a room here because I moved here to become an instructor at CMU; therefore, I was looking for any place near the university, and I like Hiltania. The condo is on the main road, making it more convenient to travel, just 10 minutes drive each day. The price is convincing, worth what you get. I like its decoration, looks very luxurious and stylish. My room is a 1-bed type. The condo facilities are completed, including a swimming pool, garden, gym, and security guards. The staff were friendly and looked after as always; they have helped me out since my first come! It made me feel not lonely, like living with warmhearted neighbors. It is my impressive second home.
Luxurious condo in a peaceful area
The condo pleases me with elegant decoration, quality materials, and a reasonable price. The room we stayed in was a 2-bedroom one which is spacious and good. As the furniture is provided, you can easily move in without huge preparation. Personally, I really like the location here because it is in Chiang Mai city. Only 8 minutes drive to Central Kad Suan Kaew and 4 minutes to Maya shopping mall. It's easy to get around. The condo is on the main road, but the traffic is not too hectic. Quite tranquil, actually. In addition, the front of the condo still has a mountain view, a good atmosphere, extremely happy.
Luxury and beautiful project
A beautiful and luxurious project in a shady atmosphere. Located on the main road of Chonprathan Road with many restaurants. The project comes with a lovely-size swimming pool and reception on the first floor and a golf driving range on the rooftop. The room is luxuriously decorated, and fully furnished. The neighbors living here are quiet and respectful ways.
Beautiful condo, good and modern design
It is the ideal condo where living here is very comfortable. I trust the project because the project owner is very attentive. During visiting the project, I was impressed with the project facilities as it is good for life, such as a gym, a swimming pool, and the security system. Plus, the staff are friendly and helpful. The condo is clean and spacious. Overall, it is very satisfying and perfect for peace lovers. It is located in a great location with excellent services. Moreover, the project owner is friendly. The location is also near the Chiang Mai Zoo, Chiang Mai Mueang Mai Market, and many other tourist attractions.
