The Trees Sathorn has 4 floors, separated by the area as follows.

-2nd floor: When going up the stairs, you will see a wide hall. It is a living area on the 2nd floor with large windows all around, providing airiness and good ventilation. Close to Garden International School Bangkok, where my children are studying. It is only a kilometer away from the village, which makes it very convenient to travel. The project's atmosphere is quiet, with not many neighbors. There is a swimming pool, fitness, tennis court to use. The townhouse that we rented was very spacious with luxury furniture. It's maybe a little bit expensive but considered to be convenient for the children.

It is a modern townhouse style located in the middle of the city, not far from Khlong Toei MRT station and Sathorn Road. The house is beautifully designed. It focuses on white tone color and has a private swimming pool as well. The interior also divides the area well. Kitchenware and sanitary ware are provided. I've been renting here for months, no problem at all. Also, I can raise dogs. Overall, I like it.

It is a modern townhouse village located in the heart of Sathorn in a convenient location, close to Princess Mother Commemoration Park. The surrounding atmosphere is quiet and shady. There is a lot of green space inside the project and very private as well. There is also a swimming pool, car parking, and a security system 24 hours a day. People who live here are friendly. Very happy :)

My family lives here. It is a good townhouse development project. I have 11 neighbor houses because there are only 12 houses, which is not too crowded. The interior is spacious and enough for the family members. Every family member has their own space and can hold various activities, whether reading books, swimming, jogging, and cooking. I love it here as it matches all lifestyles. Also, it is suitable for large families who want a large house located close to the city. It is accessible and convenient.

I love the atmosphere; it is shady, quiet, and has complete facilities, comprising tennis courts, swimming pools, gardens, and excellent security systems. The room I bought is a 4-bedroom room, 429 square meters, spacious and comfortable to stay with family. The room interior is decorated very pleasingly to the family members. The furniture is also modern and made me feel comfortable and warm. The prices are reasonable in terms of location as it is close to Lumpini MRT, Central Plaza Rama 3, and many other business areas nearby.
I think it is suitable for a big family of 5-7 people

The project here is very spacious. Both the common area and the home area are proportionate. The common area has a tennis court and a large swimming pool. There is a security system to take care of the residents 24 hours. The garden area is shady and gives a lot of green spaces. The project is almost at the end of the road. I think it is very good to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city. The house is designed in a modern style. There are parking spaces for up to 2 cars. Around the house, there are spaces for many kinds of activities that we can enjoy time together. There is also a private swimming pool with lovely garden decorations. The garden area can be connected to the kitchen area that is suitable for activities and parties. At first, I moved into the project with some furniture. The bedrooms come with 2 beds, decorated in warm colors ideal for relaxation. Stairs connect two kitchen areas. (on the 1st and 2nd floor)Equipped with European style furniture with complete kitchen equipment. The living room is located on the 2nd floor and comes with a large window that allows the light all day. Its an airy and spacious area. There is also a housemaid area on the 4th floor that is separated from the main area. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in this house; I think it is suitable for a big family of 5-7 people. As for transportation, if you have a car, it will be more convenient because the project is about 1 kilometer from Khlong Toei MRT station. Overall, I am satisfied with the house cause it’s located in an economic area that is not too crowded.
