Direction to the Project
- To get to the project by public transport, you can take the BTS service and get off at the Nana BTS, the nearest station to the project. When you leave the station, continue walking southeast with a distance of about 16 meters. Then, turn left onto Soi Sukhumvit 11 to continue for about 550 meters, and turn left again. Afterward, continue walking for another 250 meters, and you will find the project on the right.

- To get to the project by car, you can start from Witthayu Intersection by heading east along the Rama 4 Road with a distance of about 1.7 kilometers. Then, turn left onto Ratchadaphisek to continue for another 1.8 kilometers and turn left again onto Sukhumvit Road (Route 3). Afterward, continue driving for 750 meters and turn right onto Soi Sukhumvit 11 for about 550 meters. Finally, turn left to continue driving for only 250 meters, and you will find the project on the right.

Good condo in a tranquil ambiance

My family and I stayed here for about three months. It's a spacious apartment, like a big house with up to four bedrooms, a modern decoration in a large room. And all necessary equipment is on hand. The condo is a small project with a lot of privacy and quiet. The security system is also strict. The location is ideal, close to Nana BTS and Sukhumvit's central business district. Shopping areas, restaurants, and hotels are nearby. The transportation is also very convenient. Our family is very pleased with this place on this trip.

This condo is less than 2 kilometers from Krung Thon Buri BTS, and it is surrounded by many amenities like eateries, laundry shops, convenience stores, department stores, banks, etc. Although it is an old project that has been running for many years, its convenient location and ease of access, making this place may also suit the leisure needs. The project design is modern. Some issue of the place is the color of the structure, which may fade over time, the interior is still clean with a nice atmosphere, though. There are rooms available from 1-3 bedrooms with the usable size starting at 27 square meters, and the project is marketed as fully furnished and ready to move in. The room I rented is a one-bedroom unit, and the space is sufficient. I was here with my sister, and I didn't find the room to be packed or felt at all uneasy. Above all, the facilities are complete with a swimming pool, a gym, a garden area, stores within the complex, and security guards to keep residents secure. The rental cost here is reasonable. not too pricey. Overall, this condo suits my lifestyle quite well.
