In case you travel by public transport, you can use the BTS Skytrain. The nearest station is Phrom Phong Station. Get off and take Exit 4, then turn left onto Soi Sukhumvit 39 and go down for 260 meters; you will find the project on the left-hand side.
To get to the project by car, start from Ratchadapisek Road, heading towards Rama 9 intersection. Drive for 800 meters on Din Daeng Road, then turn left to Petchburi Road. Turn right again to Soi Phrom Phong for 500 meters and turn left. Keep going for 1.3 kilometers; you will find the project on your right-hand side.

Great condo in prime area
Great condominium in a great location! I can walk from the project to the BTS within 5 minutes, so I don't need to worry about traffic jams anymore. It's really convenient to get around. Nearby, there are a lot of good restaurants. Most of them are Japanese ones, which I love. There are the Emquartier, the Emporium, and Terminal 21. My room is a 1-bedroom unit, which is larger than standard rooms from other projects. If you have companies, you can choose 2 or 3 bedrooms or even Penthouse. There is a gym, a swimming pool, and a steam room that I usually use within the project. The staff takes really good care of the equipment and the surrounding area. They give excellent services. Honestly, the condo is a bit pricey but might give effective returns in the long run. I don't think it's gonna be a big deal for selling and renting out.
How luxurious the project is!
I love how the marble flooring indicating how luxurious the project is. It's not only this well-designed lobby but also every spot of the condo. It shows how much the developer paid attention to detail. There is a long swimming pool around the building. It is located on the 7th floor of the project. Plus, the shady atmosphere of the trees makes me feel relaxed as well. The room I decided to buy is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit on the 29th floor. The room has a lot of space with high-quality built-in furniture. Perfect location, not far from Phrom Phong BTS and Benjakitti Park.
