Direction to the Project

To get to the project by private car, you can start from Phrom Phong BTS, a distance approximately about 1.3 kilometers. It takes about 3 minutes. Next, head northwest on Route 3 toward Soi Sukhumvit 24 and continue driving for 550 meters. Then, make a U-turn at the Sawasdee Intersection. After that, continue straight for about 700 meters, and you will find the project on the left.

To get to the project by Skytrain, you can take the BTS service and choose to get off at Phrom Phong BTS Station. The distance to the project is approximately 50 meters, or it takes about 5 minutes by walk. Then, head southeast on Route 3 to go onto Soi Sukhumvit 24/1, continue walking 140 meters, and turn left onto Sukhumvit Soi 26/Soi Ari. After that, continue straight for only 14 meters and turn right to go onto Route 3. Then, continue walking straight for another 30 meters, and you will find the project on the left.

Elegant condo with city view, close to the BTS, convenient transportation

The condo is elegant, located in a good location. It is close to Skytrain station, where it is convenient to go everywhere. It has been built for many years but well-maintained. The building itself and the inside still look new, just a few steps away from the supermarket. More importantly, you can walk to the nearest BTS station, Phrom Phong BTS, only 50 meters. I rented here for the first time, but I made a 6 month contract for a 2-bedroom. I live with a patient care coordinator because I came here to do surgery at a hospital. After 3 months, I will enjoy the countdown moment at the end of the year in Bangkok. The room I rented is quite high, but it is worthwhile compared to convenient travel, location, and complete facilities. A swimming pool and sky garden make me feel relaxed. It is also close to many leading department stores, including EmQuartier, The Emporium, and Terminal 21, making me not lonely anymore.
