To get to The Alcove 49 by using the public transport service, you can take the BTS Skytrain (Sukhumvit Line), the green line, and get off at Thonglor BTS Station. Then walk northwest on Route 3 to Soi Yanyon for about 400 meters and turn right into Soi Sukhumvit 49. Samirano Group, known as one of the fastest growing real estate development company in Bangkok, firstly started business in textile industry as Textela Ltd., Partnership in 1995. The company was wholesaler and retailer of embroidery and laces which were exported to other countries such as Nigeria, Senegal, Togo, Philippines and Panama.

It is a modern condominium style. The construction building is well- designed and close to Thonglor BTS station, which is very convenient for traveling, wherever you go. Also, the project is not far from Sukhumvit Road, only 300 meters within walking distance. If you are bored with taking the Skytrain, you can use various Uber Grab Cars taxis. The Alcove 49 is a fully equipped condo. I am not mistaken about choosing to buy this condo because it is close to my office. Besides, it is still close to the Emporium Shopping Complex and Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital. As for the room interior, it is beautifully and elegantly designed. There is everything in the room. The furniture is also of good quality. It's called as complete in one place, including all the convenient common areas are also excellent, and I always use the service. Overall, it is okay.
