- To get to the project by bus, you can get off at Ekkamai BTS, the nearest station to the project. Once you get off, head north on Sukhumvit Road (Route 3) for 210 meters. Then, turn right into Soi Sukhumvit 61 (Soi Setabutr) for another 300 meters; you will find the project on the left.

Easy access, next to Soi Sukhumvit 61

The condo is close to Soi Sukhumvit 61, which is a very convenient location. Apart from easy access to the project, you can also use public transportation like Ekkamai BTS, which is only about 500 meters away. Nearby, there is a community mall, such as Park Lane, restaurants, and a supermarket with various products to choose from. It's relaxing. The condo also has a swimming pool, a parking space, and a fitness center for residents. Despite its small size, it is a pleasant place to relax. My room is approximately 60 square meters, quite large. The room is quite large and equipped with furniture. The rental price is a little high, but all services are well received.
