Full range of facilities. In the common area.

This condo is recommended by my friend. I made an annual rental contract and thought it was worth the price because it offers quite a full range of facilities. In the common area, there is a large and very clean swimming pool. Anyway, fitness equipment is too little, but it is considered good maintenance. The staff is helpful whenever I needed it. The space in the room is airy and comfortable. The kitchen is open space and is fully-equipped with appliances. We can arrange a party because the room is spacious and has enough space. The security system is a good standard. The downside is that the parking lot is not enough for the number of residents, and sometimes the elevator takes too long. The exterior of the building looks old, but the inside is considered a good renovation. The project is located only 15 minutes from MRT Phetchaburi Station, walking distance from The EmQuartier department store, only 20 minutes walking. Overall, it is very ok because this neighborhood is a busy location. This place is suitable for working people in the Sukhumvit area. Also, it is calm and privacy.
