To get to the project by car: Since there is no BTS Skytrain in this area, traveling by car is the most suitable way. You can start from The Paseo Park Kanchanaphisek, head north on Kanchanaphisek Road for about 850 meters, turn left onto PhutthaMonthon Sai 2 Road, Soi 24, and continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. Afterward, turn left again onto PhutthaMonthon Sai 2 Road for about 1.8 kilometers, keep left to use the ramp, continue straight to Phran Nok Phutthamonthon Sai 4 Road for 800 meters, then keep left and make a U-turn under the bridge and continue straight for 700 meters. You will find the project site on your left.

The brand-new luxury villa project

This project is still under construction and is expected to be completed in 2023. I saw it on the website and in the brochures, it's quite interesting. This super luxury villa project has 4 types of villas to choose from. The usable area is very large and spacious. The common area, as seen on the website, is in a good design. There is a large green area, a water feature, a corner to sit and relax, a walking track and a beautifully designed and fully equipped clubhouse. The project is located right on the main road. The atmosphere is quiet, perfect for those who love to be private yet comfortable since the neighborhood is close to complete amenities, and Phutthamonthon Sai 2 Park is also within walking distance.
