I am an agent - I been few times in the building recently and I really enjoy present it to my customers - specially the Duplex type units facing South or North are really nice - good layout - I recommend to go for high or middle floor then you can enjoy the view from the upper bedroom as well. 38sqm duplex is my favorite layout and very good value for the money.

The condo is located in the city center, which is close to Sathorn, the business district. There are so many offices there, including mine. I decided to stay here to save time from commuting. Also, this place is about 600 meters from Chong Nonsi BTS station. Also, I really like the room itself as it's a Duo Space room, making the entire space look grand. The elevator is sufficient for the residents, so I don't have to waste time waiting for the elevator. Overall, I'm okay with this place.
