- To get to the project by car, you can start from Siam University by heading northeast on Petchkasem Road (Route 4) for about 100 meters and make a U-turn at Soi Petchkasem 25/5. Then, go straight for about 2.7 kilometers, and you will find the project on your left-hand side.

It's an excellent condo at an affordable price. I have reserved a 1 bedroom unit here and feel very excited. The room is very nice and is exactly the size that I want. The space and layout are perfectly divided. The furniture is selected to match the room design and color. I also love the facilities that the project provides, it has more than 25 types of facilities, including the large green space and the pier, so fantastic! Travelling is also convenient by private car and mass transit because this project is next to Petchkasem Road and near Phasi Charoen MRT, only a 3-minute walk. Moreover, this place is also close to hospitals, shopping malls, schools, etc. I think it is the most worthwhile investment.
