Direction to the project
To get to the project by public transport, you can take the BTS Skytrain. The nearest BTS station is Phra Khanong BTS. Once you get off the station, head southeast toward Route 3 for 81 meters. Then, turn right onto Rama IV Road, and within 300 meters, you find the project on the right.

To get to the project by car, you can start on Route 3 by heading northwest onto Soi Sukhumvit Plus 1 for 120 meters. Then stay in the middle lane to turn left at Phra Khanong Junction onto Rama IV Road, and go straight for 350 meters. After that, make a U-turn at Soi Pichai Sawat and go straight for 60 meters. Then, you will find the project on the left-hand side.

It’s an interesting condominium project. Every unit of the condo is fully fitted, and it comes with a modern design. There are four types of rooms to choose from, start from studios to 2 bedrooms. I would say that the highlight of this project is the complete facilities like 24H gym, swimming pool with aqua exercise equipment, four elevators, sky bar with an incredible city view, large garden, and three units of shops. Plus, the project is close to famous department stores such as The Emporium and EmQuartier. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to Phra Khanong BTS. Overall, this condo meets the needs of urban living perfectly, highly recommended.
