Direction to the Project
- To get to the project by car, you can start from Phrom Phong BTS station by heading southeast along Sukhumvit Road (Highway 3) toward Soi Sukhumvit 37 for 1.5 kilometers. Then, turn right into Soi Ban Kluay Tai (Soi Sukhumvit 40) for 80 meters and turn right again for 37 meters; you will find the project on your left-hand side.
- To get to the project by public transport, you can take the BTS Skytrain. The nearest station is Thong Lo BTS. Once you get off the station, head southeast along Sukhumvit Road (Highway 3) to enter Soi Sukhumvit 38 for 300 meters and turn right into Soi Ban Kluay Tai (Soi Sukhumvit 40) for 63 meters. Then, turn right and walk straight for another 37 meters; you will find the project on your left-hand side.

Even though this condo has been built for a long time and the building looks old over time, I think this place is always great to live in because it is located in the Thong Lo area, which is surrounded by many hangout places, shops, restaurants, and shopping malls, allowing me to live a comfortable life. I decided to rent a 1-bedroom unit here. The room is furnished with luxury furniture, and it has impressed me very much. There is a very large outdoor swimming pool in the common area that I usually spend my free time there.
