- To get to the project by private car, you can start from Sukhumvit Road by heading northwest to go onto Soi Sukhumvit 44/2 for 2.8 kilometers. Turn left onto Sukhumvit 24, and continue driving 300 meters. After that, turn right, go straight for just 11 meters, and you will find the project on the right.

- To get to the project by public transport, you can take the BTS services and choose to get off at Phrom Phong BTS station. Once exiting the station, head northwest along Sukhumvit Road just 19 meters. Then, turn left onto Sukhumvit 24, go straight for 300 meters. After that, turn right and go straight for just 11 meters, and you will find the project on the right.

I bought this condo for renting out since the project has been launched. My room is a 2-bedroom unit decorated with quality branded furniture for tenants. So you can drag your luggage and move in. The common area includes many facilities, including elevators, a large swimming pool, separated for males and females, saunas, and a fitness center. With its location that easy access to public transport, it is just a 3-minute walk away. It takes only a minute to Phrom Phong BTS. More importantly, it is close to many famous shopping malls, including Terminal 21 and The Emporium. For that reason, I decided to buy a room here because I thought it would be easy to rent out, which is just as I expected. I leased my room on one of the sites, and not long after then, I got the first rental immediately.
