Private car - As the project is located in Sukhumvit 24, there are 2 roads to get there: Sukhumvit Road and Rama 4 Road. For Sukhumvit road, drive straight into Sukhumvit 24 for about 500 meters, and you will find the project on the left. As for Rama 4 road, turn into Soi Atthakawi, drive straight, and you will find Baan Siri 24 on the right.

Traveling by the BTS - You can take the BTS and get off at the Phrom Phong Station. Go straight to The Emporium side, and continue straight to Soi Sukhumvit 24 for about 500 meters. Then, you will reach Baan Siri 24 on the left.

500 m near Phrom Phong BTS

My room has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and is fully furnished. The location is downtown and close to local amenities. Inside the project, the atmosphere is tranquil and nice. The security system is quite strict with key care access to every entrance. The management is excellent. The common area is inviting as well. Unfortunately, the condo doesn't have enough parking space. You'd better use public transportation as the project is near Phrom Phong BTS, just 500 meters away!

I love living in Bangkok, so I bought a condominium with a living area of 267 square meters, a penthouse type, consisting of 4 bedrooms. The room size is very spacious and private. It is a resale penthouse with a reasonable price, and it was already decorated. The penthouse is located on the top floor with a balcony offering a 360 degree Bangkok city view. Every bedroom has a large glass window that provides a prominent view. The furniture is fully furnished in white and gray tones. The main reason that I bought it is because it is close to my office and my children's school. As for the transportation, it was very convenient. Most of us always use the BTS because it is fast and very close. Importantly, the condo is near The Emporium and EmQuartier. Wonderful! Whenever you get bored, you can go shopping. The pool is also a beautiful setting on the high floor, overlooking the incredible city view. The monthly rent is also available. If you are interested in renting, the price is reasonable.
