Better value buildings around this area: Too many pets.

This building is expensive for the age and location being a long way from the train. There is no boat service and you need a car. It is not that well maintained given the age and the pet policy is very slack. I had a problem with yappy dogs and airbnb trash staying against the law. It is overpriced compared to other second hand building nearby.
Rooms offers Chao Phraya River View

It is an old condo that has been built many years-a good location near the Chao Phraya River. You can admire the Chao Phraya River at every unit. The weather here is great. I like and appreciate this place because it takes me away from the bustling city where I can have a personal time to relax in this quiet and safe area. Although this condo was built a long time ago, I can frequently touch the project spaces' improvements and maintenance, making all the common areas, including a swimming pool, a fitness center, and lobby clean and not shabby. As I have been here for a long time, I can tell that it is very good for those who want privacy like me. More importantly, I also get a room that is like a big house, which is very worth the price.
Large room, next to the river

Not my favorite place, but it has amazing views. Saichon Mansion has a large 5-bedroom suite with a large balcony opening to a Chao Phraya River view. The atmosphere is very romantic in the evening, suitable for living as a big family. Lovely neighbors. There is a strict security system for 24 hours. The building is quiet and livable.
Perfect place for the urbam escape

It's a project in a single-detached house style as my room is a spacious five-bedroom room. The facilities within the project include theater rooms, tennis courts, and snooker rooms. More importantly, the room overlooks the Chao Phraya River. Besides, it's in a quiet location, making it a good hideaway from the chaos. However, this place may not be suitable for people without cars as the project is located quite far from the BTS and MRT station.
Old but charming condo

This condo is beautiful, classic, and old, but it is charming and outstandingly located on the riverside. I have stayed here twice already, and I am very impressed because the staff is lovely and friendly. For the atmosphere, it is decorated with wooden furniture and looks warm. Besides, a complete range of facilities is provided, such as a snooker room, a sauna, a steam room, a swimming pool, and a tennis court. However, it is equipped with many amenities. It is considered to cover all needs of relaxation well and convenient to travel here.
Looks old but classic and beautiful

Although this project looks old, it is classic and beautiful. With a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle, I chose to stay here. There are activities for the residents to do every festival. It is like a home for real relaxation. I had a lovely neighbor who is friendly, and I was happy to stay here. The room I stayed in was on the 42 floors with a panoramic view and was very beautiful. From the bedroom, there are 3 expansive balconies overlooked the Chao Phraya River. For the interior, there is no furniture provided. There is only a part of the kitchen that is built-in and has a big shelf. Kitchen utensils and sinks are installed and ready to use. The communal pool is clean and spacious, located beside the tennis court. Besides, there is a snooker room, gym, and a fully equipped sauna room. Also, the security system here is excellent. There are CCTV and staff to take care of 24 hours. The staff is very helpful. For the parking space, sometimes it is not enough with a large number of residents. If able to add more parking spaces, it would be great because residents here use private cars rather than public transportations. Moreover, it is about 2 km away from ICONSIAM, which I can go shopping and have dinner there, it is very convenient. Overall, I think this place is very peaceful and private. I am impressed with the beautiful view of the Chao Phraya River.

A condominium by the Chao Phraya River with a beautiful view, fresh air, shady, quiet, and private atmosphere. The project management is good. The common area is clean, and neighbors are also friendly. The facilities are complete, including a snooker room and home theater. My husband and I often went there. The room I bought has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms at approximately 245 sq.m, very spacious with excellent finishing. I am very proud of myself for purchasing the property.
