Close to public transport, convenient transportation

I bought a room with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom to stay with my wife. The room is not very big, but it's not too small. The room interior is fully equipped with built-in furniture. It is reasonable and worth the good price. The common area is clean, pleasant to use, and also has a lot of facilities. There are both swimming pools for adults and children, a sauna, a gym, and a garden, making my wife and I have a pleasant rest. Apart from that, I have chosen here because of its convenient location, easy access, close to various public transports, whether an airport link, MRT and BTS. We rarely use our cars because it is easier to travel by public transport and not waste time traveling.

It is a condo in the city's heart, convenient to travel as it's near Phetchaburi MRT Station as it takes about 5 minutes to walk. The room I rented is a studio room at a perfect size. The kitchen area may be a little small, making it possible to cook only small meals. The swimming pool in the condo is spacious enough for the residents, and it's always kept clean. In terms of price, I think that it isn't that high compared to other condos in the same area.

I love to live here as the location is very good and it's accessible everywhere by taking Rama 9 MRT as well as it is close to shopping centers, nightlife, restaurants, and the airport. It is such a perfect condominium project ever. It is also safe as there is an excellent security system. In addition, the condo is a new and stylish building. My accommodation is well proportioned, clean, and always maintained. Great value for money, recommended.

Living here allows convenient travel, although the area is well-known for traffic jams. The condo is located near Phetchaburi MRT and the airport link, making traveling to the city and the airport easy. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, so it's easy to find food. The common area has a pool, a small fitness center, and free Wi-Fi in the common area. The guard is kind and lovely. The room size is okay for single or couple, inside with a full set of furniture. The residents here are both Thai and foreigners. The safety is very strict; you don't need to worry at all!

I bought fully-furnished 1 and 2 bedrooms here. All the facilities in the project are complete. This condo is quite famous for its location that you can travel easily via Phetchaburi MRT, Makkasan ARL, Asoke train station, and Si Rat Expressway. It is also close to Praram 9 Hospital, Bangkok Hospital, SWU, Terminal 21, and Koreatown. I rented out my room for a long time. It's been a good response for 3 years now as customers have been renting it all the time, never vacant. They always give good feedback that they loved my room and would be back again. It is a condo that I am very proud to invest in.

The condo also pays great importance to common areas because it has complete facilities, whether it is a swimming pool with children's pool, sauna room, and a gym. Also, it includes a sitting area where we can experience the views on the rooftop. If I need to request a utility room, I can always get help from the staff. It is an excellent service. The space in the room is large, equipped with good quality furniture. There is a small opened-kitchen area, comprising sinks, infrared stoves, and shelves. If talking about traveling, you walk from the project to MRT Phetchaburi, about 10 minutes only. There are also taxis and public buses passing all the time. It can also be traveled by boat because it is situated not very far from the Asoke Pier. It is also close to many department stores such as Terminal 21 and Korea town that cause most foreigners to live in this area a lot. I think it's worth the price paid. The condo offers privacy even in the heart of the city.
