- To get to the project by public transportation, the nearest BTS station is Phahon Yothin MRT. When you leave the station, walk north for about 10 meters. Then, keep left to Road No.1 with a distance of about 33 meters and take the overpass. After that, turn right to Road No.1 and walk straight for about 53 meters. I'm a doctor at Kluaynamthai Hospital. I'm looking for a condo for sale in this area because my home is a long distance from my workplace, so I want to buy a condo to live in during working days. I had the opportunity to see the room. I like a 2 bedroom condo because I want to separate another room for the dressing room, and each room is fully furnished, which is ready to move in. The thing that I am really impressed with is the project's facilities as it is comprehensive, including a swimming pool, yoga room, sauna, library, meeting room, and 24 hr. security system. Furthermore, this condo is only 350 meters from my workplace, so I can easily walk there. It is also close to a range of amenities, such as shopping malls, hospitals, schools, universities, and BTS Station. I have many reasons why I did not hesitate to buy this condo.
