Direction to the Project
To get to the project by car, you can start from the King Taksin the Great Statue by heading west on Lat Ya Road and using the existing No.2 at the circle to Intharaphithak (No.4) Road, for about 1.8 meters. Then, keep left to continue driving on Phet Kasem Road for about 210 meters. Finally, you will find the project on the left.

To get to the project by public transportation, the nearest MRT is Tha Phra MRT. When you leave the station, walk to the southwest on Charan Sanit Wong Road for about 28 meters and turn left into Charan Sanit Wong. Continue walking for about 68 and turn left into Phet Kasem Road and walk for about 200 meters. You will find the project on the right.

It is a condo that I recommend you to stay in because it is close to Tha Phra MRT, there is a restaurant in front of the project entrance, and 7-eleven. Inside the project, there is a pleasant atmosphere with friendly neighbors who do not bother one another. The rooftop swimming pool is our favorite feature. Aside from the clean pool, the views of the surrounding city are also breathtaking. There are small parking spaces. Our room is a studio, so it's a little cramped. The decoration is my favorite because it is simple, elegant, and charming. The furniture is of high quality and very modern, and the price is very reasonable and well worth it.
