To get to the project by public transportation, the most convenient way is to get off at Surasak BTS. The station is 450 meters away from the project; you can walk for 6 minutes.
In case you visit the project by private car, start from Witthayu Intersection on Rama IV-Thanon Witthayu Road. Head northwest on Rama IV Road and Thai-Belgian Bridge for 500 meters and keep left on Rama IV Road. Continue for 400 meters before turning left onto Silom Road for 1.7 kilometers. No pets are allowed at The Lofts Silom unless specifically permitted by the juristic office. Exceptions can be made for service or guide dogs for persons with disabilities.

The common area maintenance fee at The Lofts Silom is ฿90 per square meter based on the size of the indoor area of the property. This fee has to be paid every month by owners for the upkeep of the common areas of the project. For new residential developments, it is common to pay up to 1-3 years’ common area maintenance fees in advance upon the transfer of the properties' ownership.

For new projects, the buyer pays a one-off lump sum upon transfer of the property from the developer to the buyer. This fund is to be used for major renovations and replacement of equipment when necessary, to ensure the maintenance of the building and the common area. At The Lofts Silom the required payment for the sinking fund is ฿800 per square meter based on the size of the indoor area of the property.

Good condo for investment

I just put down the deposit for a 2-bedroom duplex. It comes with 2 stories so I can manage the space functionally. The materials used for decoration look luxurious with built-in furniture. Both 2 bedrooms have a large window exposing the full city view. The shower room has a Jacuzzi and a large mirror for the view too. The luxurious facilities include a swimming pool, gym, lounge, playground, herb garden, fragrant garden, 24-hour security, etc. The staff gives good service. The location is perfect near all amenities such as Lerdsin Hospital 550 meters away, Bangkok Christian College in only 3 minutes walk, and a 2-minute walk to Sri Maha Mariamman Temple. Easy to travel by Surasak BTS, just 6 minutes walk. For me, this is the best condo in the Silom area; it is worth the investment.

Lofts Silom is one of the best new development in Silom Area at the moment. The duplex are looking very nice and the quality of finition is excellent. The view from the swimingpool is spectacular.
