I decided to buy a 1 bedroom condo here, and I can say that I was not disappointed at all. I was impressed by the towering building and its great design and I have to admit that the project design is simple yet elegant. It has all of the functional features as well as built-in furnishings. I personally enjoy the facilities here, whether it's the swimming pool, the gym, the garden space, the key card access, or the security staff. It's all nice and ready-to-move-in. Above all, the location is fantastic. The condo is close to the residential neighborhood with stores and restaurants along the sides of Lat Pla Khao Road and not far from fresh markets, such as Bua Phatthana Market and KM. 2 Market. Nearby community malls are The Jas and Dern Pern Market. The transportation is quite comfortable because Sena Nikhom BTS is within a short distance. Suitable for working-age people.
