the project owner here can be said that he is very famous in koh samui, and many projects have done quite well. the villas are situated in a beautiful location. although the price is high, i think it's worth the investment. however, you may have to wait until this situation recovers and allow tourists to return first. i think this place is a boom for sure. moreover, the villas here have very few units and are located on the hill. therefore, it is very private, not chaotic, and not crowded. i like it very much, but it may be a little difficult to travel. i want the project to be completed soon !!
